Stadium Bandit is a peer-to-peer ticket marketplace that connects fans who want to buy tickets directly with season ticket holders who want to sell. We provide a listing platform where sellers can post available tickets and buyers can submit requests. All payments are made directly between buyers and sellers through third-party payment platforms such as Venmo or PayPal. Stadium Bandit does not process, hold, or transfer any funds.
Stadium Bandit is a technology platform only. We are not a ticket broker, ticket seller, event organizer, or venue operator. We have no control over the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any ticket listing, and we make no guarantee that any ticket transaction will be completed successfully.
By accessing or using Stadium Bandit (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and any other users of the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all ticket listings posted on the Platform, including the seat location, price, ticket type, and any restrictions. Stadium Bandit reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason, including but not limited to listings that appear fraudulent, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms. Stadium Bandit does not verify, inspect, or guarantee the validity of any ticket listed on the platform.
When a buyer submits a ticket request, the listing enters a pending state. The seller will be notified and has a set period of time to confirm the request. Once confirmed, the buyer has a limited payment window (typically 20 minutes, as configured by the seller) to send payment via Venmo or PayPal. If payment is not received within the window, the listing is automatically released back to available status.
All payments are made directly between buyers and sellers using third-party payment platforms. Stadium Bandit is not a party to any payment transaction, does not process or hold funds, and is not responsible for failed, reversed, or disputed payments. Buyers and sellers use Venmo, PayPal, and other payment platforms subject to those platforms' own terms of service.
After receiving payment, the seller is responsible for transferring the tickets to the buyer in a timely manner using the MLB Ballpark app or other authorized transfer method. Stadium Bandit does not participate in the ticket transfer process and is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures in the transfer.
Stadium Bandit is a listing platform only. We do not process payments, hold funds, or act as an escrow agent. We have no ability to issue refunds, chargebacks, or reverse payments of any kind. All refund and dispute resolution requests must be directed to the Seller and, if applicable, to the third-party payment platform used (Venmo, PayPal, etc.).
By submitting a ticket request and sending payment, the Buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Stadium Bandit bears no financial responsibility for the outcome of any transaction and that Stadium Bandit has no obligation to compensate the Buyer for any failed, fraudulent, or unsatisfactory transaction.
If a Buyer does not receive their tickets, receives tickets that are materially different from what was listed, or has any other dispute with a Seller, the Buyer must seek resolution directly through one or more of the following channels:
Stadium Bandit will cooperate with any law enforcement or fraud investigation to the extent permitted by law. Stadium Bandit may, at its sole discretion, remove a Seller from the platform if credible evidence of fraud or bad faith is presented, but has no obligation to do so and such removal does not constitute an admission of liability or a guarantee of refund.
A Seller who lists tickets and receives a confirmed Buyer request is expected to honor that transaction. Sellers who cancel after a Buyer has sent payment, fail to transfer tickets in a timely manner, or otherwise fail to fulfill a confirmed request may have their account suspended or permanently removed from the platform. Such action by Stadium Bandit does not create any financial obligation on the part of Stadium Bandit to the affected Buyer.
If an event is canceled, postponed, or materially changed by the venue, team, artist, or event organizer, it is the Seller's responsibility to communicate with the Buyer and arrange an appropriate resolution. Stadium Bandit is not responsible for event cancellations or postponements and has no obligation to facilitate or fund refunds in connection with such events.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Stadium Bandit, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STADIUM BANDIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. STADIUM BANDIT MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF ANY LISTING, THE CONDUCT OF ANY SELLER, OR THE OUTCOME OF ANY TICKET TRANSACTION.
STADIUM BANDIT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR:
Stadium Bandit is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any Seller or Buyer. Participation in transactions through the platform is entirely at your own risk. Stadium Bandit's role is limited to providing a listing and request interface — nothing more.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STADIUM BANDIT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TICKETS, TRAVEL EXPENSES, OR OTHER COSTS INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH ATTENDING AN EVENT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF STADIUM BANDIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL STADIUM BANDIT'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00), REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM.
This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if Stadium Bandit has been advised of the possibility of such liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stadium Bandit, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to:
This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the platform.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Important - Please Read Carefully
This section contains a release of legal claims. By using Stadium Bandit, you are agreeing to resolve disputes with other users directly and not to bring claims against Stadium Bandit arising from those disputes.
You acknowledge and agree that Stadium Bandit is a passive listing platform that facilitates introductions between Buyers and Sellers. Stadium Bandit is not a party to, and has no control over, any transaction that occurs between Buyers and Sellers through the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release Stadium Bandit, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and liabilities of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute between you and any other user of the platform, including but not limited to:
If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." You expressly waive and relinquish all rights and benefits under that section and any law of any jurisdiction of similar effect with respect to the release granted in this section.
This release does not limit your right to seek resolution from the Seller directly, from third-party payment platforms, or from law enforcement in cases of suspected fraud.
By using Stadium Bandit to buy or sell tickets, you expressly acknowledge and assume the following risks:
You agree that Stadium Bandit is not responsible for any harm, loss, or expense arising from these risks and that you are voluntarily assuming them as a condition of using the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
Stadium Bandit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
