When you visit our platform, we may automatically collect device and browser type, IP address and approximate location, pages viewed and links clicked, and referring URLs. This information is collected via cookies and Google Analytics 4.

What we do not collect:

Stadium Bandit does not collect credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or any financial account data. All payments occur off-platform via Venmo and PayPal.

We use collected information to:

• Facilitate ticket requests and connect buyers with sellers
• Send transactional emails related to ticket requests, confirmations, and expiration alerts
• Send newsletters to opted-in subscribers
• Respond to contact form inquiries
• Monitor and improve platform performance and security
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Sharing Your Information

When you submit a ticket request, your name, email, phone number, and message are shared with the relevant seller to fulfill your request.

We share information with trusted service providers including:

• Supabase — database hosting and storage
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — bot protection and security
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics

These providers may only use your data to perform services on our behalf. Stadium Bandit does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies (required for the platform to function) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes in this Policy and comply with legal obligations. Ticket request data is retained for a minimum of one year. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time.

Stadium Bandit is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children and will delete any such information promptly if identified.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the Policy was last updated.
